Christmas Day 25 December 2009
Meal served from 12noon to 4pm

Volunteers needed to provide and serve a meal and offer hospitality to anyone who comes. Two hour shifts

A cooking and serving team. To heat and serve food to guests.

A transport team. To use their cars to pick up, and take home people from the outlying areas.

A hospitality team. To welcome and spend time with guests.

Also: (prior to Christmas day)

A publicity team. To design and distribute posters and fliers for the day.

A decoration team. To set up furnishings and Christmas decorations in the centre hall.
