Cut, Carnegie HallSat, 12th May 2012Spend an evening in the company of a double murderer in this mysterious and highly-inventive performance. As you are led through the bowels of Carnegie Hall – can you stay one step ahead of the hatchet-carrying hunter?
Carmen works in an abattoir owned by a vegetarian, who inherited it after the death of his father. Driven mad by the moral predicament he faces, the new owner lusts after Carmen to satisfy his desires.
Based on Bizet`s opera Carmen, Cut features new music by renowned Scottish composer Quee MacArthur, carefully blended with the original score. Tour the abattoir during the performance and slowly discover Carmen`s world, while trying to avoid your gruesome fate…
