he Bowhill Players were formed by Willie Hershaw in 2011, as part of a project to celebrate the plays and poetry of Joe Corrie. Their music and lyrics focuses on Fife's mining tradition, history and culture - featuring a diverse range of musical styles and influences. They will be appearing at DFC in their three piece line up of Willie Hershaw (vocals, mandolin), David Hershaw (vocals, guitar) and Erik Knussen (double bass)". See www.facebook.com/bowhillplayers/.
